Game Trainer Options:

Numpad 1 – Health
Sets your health high and locks it there so that you are nearly invincible. May not work in scripted events or large falls.

Numpad 2 – Ammo
When activated, this sets your ammo amount to 1000.

Numpad 3 – Clip
When activated, this will lock the current clip for the current weapon so that the clip amount will not drop.

Numpad 5 – Grenades
Gives you 10 grenades.
